The Oven Grilled Chicken
The Rotisserie is a chicken or meat roasting against a heat space (flame), which is operated by an electric motor by way of clock (spins). It used to be operated by hand in order that meats have a homogeneous result in your cooking, but over the years, replaced engines hands achieving the same result. Ingredients Grilled Chicken:- 1 whole chicken boy
- 5 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 10 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Ajinomoto
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- Oregano
It makes a paste with all ingredients and mashed chicken for 2 hours, then put in the coals to cook on firewood, served with salty chips, a fresh salad and cream to taste.
